I was recently going through my magazines and found a great quilt that was made up of groups of pin wheels. Given that last year we did half-square triangle with batiks, I was thinking we might like to use those papers to make some pinwheels. If we did them in a standard size and maybe stuck with white and 30's fabrics, we could get a good variety.

Here's another idea. Vicki Smith went to a fun class on Zen Drawing, which she thought would be good for her quilting. The class was in Macedonia. Vicki showed me her drawings and the workbook she got at the class - VERY cool stuff. This could be something fun and different for us.
